Scott Harkey is the Senior Director of Development and Planned Giving at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine. With over 13 years of expertise and more than $24 million personally raised, Scott is a leader in major, principal, and deferred giving strategies. Beyond his role leading a high-performing fundraising team focused on raising philanthropic support for medical education priorities, he is a co-instructor for Penn's nonprofit leadership courses and a frequent speaker on tax-efficient charitable giving strategies. Scott holds an M.S. from Penn and a B.A. from Clemson University, with additional international studies at Oxford University.
