Jessica Martin

President & Executive Director, Greater Salina Community Foundation

Jessica Martin is the President & Executive Director of the Greater Salina Community Foundation and brings more than 15 years of experience in community philanthropy. Since joining the Foundation in 2010, she has served in roles spanning affiliate development, youth engagement, and grants and scholarships, and has led the organization as Executive Director since 2018. Her broad experience fuels a deep commitment to donor stewardship and community partnerships. Under her leadership, the Foundation and its regional affiliates have grown significantly and expanded programs that improve lives and enrich communities across North Central and Western Kansas.

A Kansas native, Jessica grew up in Andover and earned her B.S. from Kansas State University. She and her husband, Aaron, live in Salina with their two sons, Oliver and Jack, and Bernedoodle Loli, who keep them active and busy. Jessica's favorite part of her work is connecting with people and helping them make a lasting difference.
