Gabriel Trieger is the Executive Director of Development at The Christ Hospital Foundation in Cincinnati, where he leads the major and principal gifts program in support of a nationally recognized healthcare system. He partners closely with clinical and executive leaders to design and advance transformational philanthropic strategies across cardiovascular care, oncology, nursing education, and research, with a particular focus on building scalable systems that drive sustainable growth and donor impact. His work spans campaign strategy, donor journeys, stewardship innovation, and team development, helping position philanthropy as a strategic driver of institutional excellence.

Gabe is especially passionate about the intersection of fundraising, behavioral science, and technology. He frequently explores how insights from psychology, donor motivation, and emerging AI tools can enhance relationship-based fundraising while preserving trust, ethics, and authenticity. In addition to his professional role, he serves as Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Cincinnati Chapter and regularly presents on modern fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and innovation in philanthropy.
