Jaclyn Hage

Director of Philanthropy, North Carolina Textile Foundation

Jaclyn Hage is the director of philanthropy for the North Carolina Textile Foundation at NC State University's Wilson College of Textiles. In her role, she advances the college's mission by cultivating a strong culture of philanthropy, partnership and engagement. Working closely with the college's leadership, staff and key volunteers, she helps make aspirational philanthropy tangible and accessible, while directly leading and mentoring an assistant director to strengthen fundraising strategy, donor cultivation and overall team success.

As the granddaughter of immigrants with no formal higher education but a deep belief in the power of access and opportunity, Jaclyn's professional journey is rooted in purpose. Influenced by her grandmother's passion for sewing and textile craftsmanship and guided by a family ethos of creating opportunity for those who follow, she found her professional home at the Wilson College of Textiles in 2019. Since joining the college, Jaclyn has had the privilege of partnering with generous alumni and supporters who are transforming lives by expanding access to education, driving economic development and advancing a nearly 126-year-old institution that continues to lead at the intersection of textiles, innovation and global impact.

With nearly 13 years of experience in higher education advancement at NC State, Jaclyn was an active contributor to the university's historic Think and Do Campaign, which raised $2.2 billion and positioned NC State for its next era of growth and impact. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Management from East Carolina University.
